Blossom Buds Learning Centre

At Blossom Buds Learning Centre, we believe that every child holds the potential to blossom when nurtured with care, expertise, and the right guidance. Our vision is to empower children with developmental delays or special needs to thrive in a supportive, inclusive environment. Guided by our core values โ€” empathy, professionalism, and collaboration โ€” we specialize in early childhood intervention through a multidisciplinary approach. Our mission is to help each child blossom into their full potential.

Clinical Psychologist

- Licensed, conducts developmental and diagnostic assessments, therapy, and parent consultations


Occupational Therapist

- Focused on sensory integration, motor skills, and functional independence


Special Needs Educators

- Trained in Individualized Education Plans (IEP), ABA strategies, and inclusive teaching

Early Intervention Programme (EIP)

For ages 3โ€“6. Half day 9am to 12pm or 1:30pm to 4:30pm. Structured group-based learning. Focus areas include cognitive, speech, motor, social, and self-help skills.

Occupational Therapy

Suitable for children with sensory processing issues,
fine motor delays, and functional challenges.
Sessions are 60 mins weekly.

1-to-1 Education Program

For children requiring intensive individual attention.
Tailored learning plans based on IEPs developed
by our multidisciplinary team.

Social Skills Group

Weekly small group sessions (4โ€“6 children) focused on peer interaction, emotion regulation, and communication.

Psychological Consultation
& Assessment

Developmental Screening, Clinical Psychology Consultation, Assessment with IQ test, Assessment without IQ test

Our classrooms are designed to support small-group and 1-to-1 learning, filled with developmentally appropriate materials that spark curiosity and engagement.
Every corner encourages communication, social interaction, and independence โ€” all guided by trained educators who truly care.

Occupational Therapy Room

From fine motor activities like cutting and grasping, to gross motor challenges like balancing and coordination, our OT room is equipped with tools to improve body awareness, focus, and independence.
Itโ€™s a space where therapy feels like play โ€”but every movement has meaning.

Sensory Room

Whether a child needs to calm down or be gently stimulated, our sensory room provides the right environment.
From soft lights and textures to swings and deep-pressure tools, itโ€™s tailored to support children with sensory processing differences โ€” helping them reset and re-engage with the world around them.

How We Guide Each Unique Child

Step 01

Initial Enquiry & Trial Class

We begin by understanding your concerns and needs through a consultation. A trial class is offered to observe the childโ€™s behavior and engagement in a supportive setting.

Step 02

Developmental / Psychological Assessment

Our clinical psychologist or relevant professionals will conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the childโ€™s developmental, cognitive, and emotional profile.

Step 03

IEP Planning with Family

Based on assessment results, we work together with the family to create a personalized Individualized Education Plan (IEP) tailored to the childโ€™s strengths, needs, and goals.

Step 04

Begin Intervention (EIP / 1-to-1 / Therapy)

Intervention officially begins. This may include Early Intervention Programs (EIP), 1-to-1 therapy, speech or occupational therapy, or other services suited to the IEP goals.

Step 05

Ongoing Review & Progress Meetings

We monitor the child's development continuously and hold regular meetings with the family to review progress and adjust the plan if needed.

Step 06

Transition Planning & School Readiness Support

When the child is ready, we prepare them for mainstream or special school settings. Support includes school readiness training and transition guidance to ensure a smooth adjustment.
