About us

Where Little Hearts Grow

At HeartGrow Child Development Centre, we believe every child deserves to grow in their own way and at their own pace.

We lovingly support children with special needs through personalised intervention that builds confidence, emotional security, and essential life skills.

By laying strong foundations, we help children become more independent and able to connect with their families, their community, and the world—one small step, one growing heart at a time.

Vision

To be a trusted centre in child development, nurturing every child’s potential to grow into confident and independent individuals.

Mission

At HeartGrow Child Development Centre, we support children aged 2–12 with developmental needs, including autism (ASD), ADHD, GDD, speech delay, and learning difficulties.

We combine structured instruction with play-based learning to provide personalised, evidence-informed intervention that supports each child’s growth in communication, behaviour, learning, and life skills.

Guided by our core values of growth and nurturing, we help every child build strong foundations to thrive with confidence.

Meet Our Professionals

Ms. Lau Suat Chin

HeartGrow Child Development Centre is founded by Ms. Lau Suat Chin, a child psychologist who graduated in the United Kingdom and has over 8 years of experience in the special needs field. She has supported children with diverse developmental needs in reaching their full potential through personalised and compassionate intervention.

Driven by her belief that every child deserves the opportunity to grow and thrive, Ms Lau established HeartGrow CDC as a space where little hearts can grow strong—supported, understood, and empowered.

She also contributes to the community by delivering talks to kindergartens and schools, as well as providing training for educators to support inclusive classrooms, helping to create environments where every child can succeed.
