Hiring Preschool Teacher

    Job Description

    Teaching & Learning

  • Plan and conduct daily lessons and activities suitable for children aged 3-6 years.
  • Implement the kindergarten’s curriculum (academic, play-based, or thematic).
  • Encourage learning through play, exploration, songs, stories, and hands-on activities.
  • Observe and assess children’s development and learning progress.
  • To plan the school’s activities and curriculum with other teachers.



    Child Care & Classroom Management

  • Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all children at all times.
  • Maintain a positive, structured, and nurturing classroom environment.
  • Guide children in developing good behaviour, social skills, and self-discipline.
  • Assist children with daily routines such as meals, toileting, and rest time.


    Communication & Collaboration

  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s progress and well-being.
  • Work closely with teaching assistants and other staff.
  • Attend staff meetings, trainings, and school events as required.


    Administrative & Professional Duties

  • Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and classroom displays.
  • Maintain basic records such as attendance and observation notes.
  • Comply with school policies, SOPs, and Ministry-related requirements.
  • Uphold professional ethics and confidentiality.

    Job Requirements:

  • SPM/Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education
  • Profiency in English, BM, Mandarin
  • 0-2 years related experience
  • 5 days weeks
  • 7:30am to 4:30pm
  • Advantage: has own laptop, experience in online teaching, can play musical instruments e.g. piano, guitar, can choreograph kids performances.
