● Users must not engage in fraudulent activities, spam, or misuse of the platform.
● Providers must ensure that their listings, including pricing, program details, and facilities, are accurate.
● False advertising, misleading claims, or unauthorized use of third-party content is prohibited.
● Kiddo acts as a directory and branding platform for preschools, daycare centers, tuition centers, special needs schools, and other learning institutions.
● Kiddo does not enroll students directly but facilitates communication between parents and education providers.
● Education providers may subscribe to advertising and branding packages.
● Subscription fees are non-refundable once a listing is published.
7. Intellectual Property
● Kiddo owns all branding materials and content created on the platform.
● Education providers grant Kiddo a non-exclusive license to display their provided content.
● Kiddo does not guarantee the accuracy of preschool listings.
● Kiddo is not responsible for disputes between parents and education providers.
● Users engage with education providers at their own risk.
● Kiddo reserves the right to remove listings that violate these Terms & Conditions.
● Users may request account deletion by contacting support.
